December 7, 2021 (Bakersfield, CA.) – It is a pleasure to welcome Husqvarna Motorcycles USA to the Inaugural AMA California State Shootout presented by Motul at Kern County Raceway Park (KCRP) this coming New Years’ week including $22,200.00 in factory contingency support from Husky that covers both Supercross and Motocross events.
The Cal State Shootout is a Supercross and Motocross event that offers two events on two different tracks. Starting on December 28th-29th, the Supercross Shootout will take place followed by motocross practice on December 30th. The Motocross Shootout will be held from December 31st through January 1, 2022.

The Cal State Shootout is a unique event that offers Supercross and Motocross within one event during the New Year’s holiday one week prior to the opening of the professional Supercross. Seat time plays a big part in how the Shootout provides a great value and experience for each rider. The main events of Supercross are timed so each class has equal time in the competition. The motocross event offers timed practice for 1st moto gate pick along with timed first and second motos.
